How to reduce falls and improve the well-being of older people in our community?

'Stepping On', is a free 7 week program that combines gentle strength and balancing exercises with educational sessions. If you are 65 years or over and live in the Hunters Hill area, this program is for you!


  • Leg strength and balance exercise
  • Getting up after a fall
  • How to eliminate fall hazards from your home
  • Moving safely in the community
  • Safe foot ware
  • Nutrition and bone health
  • The role vision plays in keeping your balance
  • How medications can contribute to fall
