Master Chef Class - Hands on Gnocchi Making

At HHRCS, we believe in strengthening our community and empowering our clients through creativity and inspiration. Our programs such as art and craft classes are designed to build skills and encourage self-esteem.

In April, the Seniors Hub team will honour the cooking skills of Geraldine, a lovely Seniors Hub client by organising a Master Chef Class on hands on gnocchi making. Geraldine is Italian and she is very keen to share her cooking skills and passion for Italian cuisine. She will teach all staff and clients in attendance how to cook real gnocchi, which is light, delicate and simply melts in your mouth. Gnocchi are a classical Italian dish made from potato and are oval in shape with lines on the outer surface to catch the sauce once they are cooked.

The Master Chef Class is an opportunity to facilitate client participation, cross-cultural interactions and the development of new skills.
Everyone is welcome!

Please contact Branka, our Community Care Manager on 9817 0101 for further information and to book yourself into the class should you wish to do so.
