Keeping Children and Young People Safe at HHRCS

HHRCS supports children and young people through our Flexible Respite Program, which provides services to those aged between 9 and 18. Flexible Respite enables carers to take time out from the responsibility of caregiving by providing assistance and supervision to the care recipient. This ensures a well-deserved break for carers and allows care recipients to engage with the community, meet new people and partake in the activities that they enjoy!

HHRCS is committed to ensuring that all children and young people within our community are afforded these protections and that they experience a safe, happy and healthy childhood. We updated our Child Protection Policies and Procedures as well as the Client Handbook in regards to children and young people.
