The morning tea was held on Tuesday 27th May from 10.30 pm until midday. Much to the relief of the organisers the sun shone down on the Day Centre courtyard decorated with yellow and blue balloons, tablecloths and yellow flowers created by the Day Centre Staff. The table was abound with sandwiches, cakes, biscuits and slices generously prepared by HHRCS staff.
From 10.30 am the courtyard was full of clients and members of the community having a cuppa, enjoying the friendly atmosphere and food. We were very privileged to have Dr Matt Harris talk to us about his cancer research into “Developing the next generation of PET radiopharmaceuticals for the nuclear medicine industry”.
